地獄王 Korea tour 2011

So, yeah, everybody's favorite one-man Korean-born American-raised punk/metal/hardcore/surf/country/whatever-the-fuck-else-he-threw-into-the-mix band, 地獄王 (you probably know him as Hellking since nobody can fucking read hanja), is coming to Korea to play a bunch of shows. I was hoping that he'd be using one of those one-man-band deals that buskers use, but he's gone for the next best option instead and recruited an all-star backing band: Jeff from ...Whatever That Means on rhythm guitar, Avail from Johnny Royal and The Strikers on bass, and Hyunjin from 99Anger on drums.

I have no idea who is on the lineup for 5 of those shows, but here's the flyer for the Badabie show next Saturday:

Also, Brothers of the Hole are fucking awesome, looking forward to playing with them again.

So, yeah. I just started this thing because I want Chadburger to have some kind of internet presence that isn't fucking MySpace or Facebook. I have never blogged before, so I don't really have any idea what I'm doing. I'll probably screw around with the design and settings and shit some other time. Maybe. Who knows...!
For now, brief intro:

We're Chadburger, we're from Seoul and we play music which I personally really try and avoid calling 'fastcore'. We've been around since the end of 2007, but we're fucking lazy and disorganized so we don't have much to show for it.

We now rock a pro-wrestling gimmick because I'm a fucking nerd and I write all the lyrics... the other guys in the band think I'm a dork, but don't care enough to force me to stop... kinda similar to how there was only one gay dude in Knifed. Anyway, I'll shut up now. I'll use this thing to post any news updates or whatever, if I remember. Or maybe just any random thoughts vaguely linked to the band. I started it, I can do whatever the fuck I want with it. At least until the other guys tell me to stop.
